There are 3 stages involved in the process of selection.

First of all, I would suggest you check out the latest and updated RRB Group D Syllabus according to 2019 exam pattern. After knowing you make the time table and right direction according to each subject.

For preparing maths and reasoning start with simple topics as you like and after that go for hard topics. Daily be updated with current affairs on the fliqi.com website. For general science part, you can go through the NCERT books up to class 10th.

You must go for a walk daily and exercise as you required in PET. This will help you in 2 ways. First, it will keep you fit, will maintain freshness throughout the day. Many students have the habit of late-night study. You must avoid it. There are many great examples of successful personalities who always give the credit of their success to early morning rising. Studies say our brain more functional in the morning time. Secondly, it will help you directly after CBT.
